It's a lease, not a loan: instead of borrowing money to buy a system, Palmetto owns and maintains the equipment, and you pay one predictable monthly amount to use it in your home. There's nothing due upfront, and checking whether you qualify is a soft credit pull that won't affect your credit score.

Who installs my system?
AC Factory's own licensed technicians install every system we sell, regardless of how you choose to pay for it. Leasing through the Comfort Plan doesn't change who shows up at your door.
What if I'd rather own the equipment outright?
