You verify that the subject property where the project is being installed is not a manufactured home, townhome, commercial property, or multi-family dwelling with more than 4 units./n/n Co-Applicant. You verify that (i) you, any co-applicant, or both, are the current legal owner of the property or control the trust that is the legal owner of the property and (ii) that any applicants or co-applicants who are not current legal owners or who do not control the trust that is the legal owner of the property have a legal relationship such as a spouse or domestic partner to the current legal owner or person who controls the trust that is the legal owner of the property. By clicking the box below, all Applicants individually authorize Palmetto Solar, LLC to obtain a credit report from one or more consumer credit reporting agencies./n/n Consent to Do Business Electronically and Esign Consent. The program for which you are applying involves various disclosures, records, and documents, including this Disclosure.
