Messages may include responses to your service requests and inquiries, answers to questions about pricing and availability, appointment confirmations and reminders, service and dispatch updates, invoices and billing notifications, and other transactional messages related to your account or service.

You may opt in to receive text messages from us by submitting your mobile phone number through our website, by texting us first, by providing your number to one of our representatives, or by checking a consent box where one is presented. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will no longer send you SMS messages, unless you opt back in. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

If you are experiencing any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers (such as our SMS platform provider) strictly to help us operate the messaging program and deliver the messages you request.
