When you provide your mobile phone number on our quote request form or any other The AC Factory form, you consent to receive automated text messages from The AC Factory related to your service request, quotes, and account.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

What we will text you:
• Quote and pricing follow-ups
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Technician dispatch and arrival notifications ("your tech is on the way")
• Service and installation status updates and completion notifications
• Invoice delivery and payment confirmations
• Post-service follow-up and warranty information

Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. A typical service interaction involves 3–6 messages from booking to completion.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply. The AC Factory does not charge for messages sent or received; standard rates from your wireless carrier apply.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately opt out of all future SMS messages from The AC Factory. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. SMS messages are handled by our messaging provider (Twilio) under their security and privacy standards. Supported carriers
AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Fi, and most other major and regional US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
